Two-Factor Authentication?
Beginning May 31, 2022, All users will have to access their accounts through a two-factor authentication system. It’s an additional security feature that helps to prevent any unauthorized access to your myBeaumontChart account.
Two-factor authentication uses two steps to access the MyChart account.
- Username and password
- A 6-digit security code
Once the user enters the Mychart username and password into the login form, a six-digit security code is sent to the user’s email address or mobile number whichever is the preferred contact method. In the next step, the user has to enter this six-digit code to access the myBeaumontChart account.
By implementing two-factor authentication, an extra user identification step is required. This extra layer of login security eliminates the possibility of unauthorized access.
Note: Please note that the security code will be valid for 30 minutes. If the user closes the browser or app then the code will not be valid and the user will have to log in again to receive a different security code.
How to update contact information?

If there is any information mismatch then it may take a week in the verification process. You can also call the Customer Service number for help. After the verification, you will receive an account activation code and you can instantly activate your account.
